End of term test next week - ask if i can write it earlier in the day the essay questions is something that will transcend more than one section. Next thursday the 27th from 5 - 6 pm ( hopefully have it earlier) 2 out of 4 short answers and 1 out of 2 short essay questions. What are the best approaches towards federal conflicts. Should it be done through the institutions, executive federalism, or some other method. The overriding issue : is executive federalism a positive or negative factor in the operation of canadian federalism federal provincial conflict and the scope of the intensity within the two levels of government. What patterns of cooperation have had an affect on the executive reforms. When ever there is an issue, there is 2 different sides and points of view: the provincial and the federal gov. How do we establish a system and patterns that lead to more collaboration and cooperation.
