Aristole belived society would thrive if there was difference. Politics is for citizens not subject: ruling. Ruling: master/slave, statesman/citzen are not the same. Masters do not rule slaves they use slaves. He defends slavery: is problematic for us. Ruling is a natural heiarchy according to him.
