Adopted the point system of immigration (rewarding desirable characteristics, allocate points, add up points, if threshold is passed migration is afforded) Advantage of bringing in immigrants with jobs: they will be working. Of bringing in immigrants with relevant skills: they can nd a different job if they lose theirs.
