If the small child is rescued, the paradise would no longer exist: seems like the utilitarianism has to say that the torment of the child is morally justified, child"s well-being is counted in the calculation. Trolley problems: left fork has two trapped children, right fork has one trapped child. Organ problem: three people need organs and will die if they do not get the heart, lung, and kidney.
