This is suggesting that when we have secret parallel pathways, each clinical trials are using patients. Thus these patients are being exposed to drugs that are unknown to work. If we add a little bit of the drug, it should have a partial effect, if we add a lot, it should have a full effect. Chemical and clinical probes are used in the same end. They are not the same thing as drugs. Clinical probes can be used in a private or an open model. Clinical probes are used in open source drug discovery. Proteins shape determines the function, its shape is determined by its amino acids its made up of. X ray crys is where we have a protein crystal, and we shine radiation on it to see what the shadow of the crystal looks like. We then look at what kind of pattern happens in the background, and this tells us what the crystal looks like.
