(refer to table. Photograph and save a photo the general external anatomy. External features of sexual dimorphism in the nematode, ascaris sp. A pair of needle like penial setae in cloaca. Dissection procedure: use dissecting pins to secure the head and tail ends to your dissecting dish, use scissors to make an incision through the body wall of the nematode near the mouth.
