Document Summary

Universe eventually becomes cold, dark, and empty. Points that can no longer effect each other after inflation could before inflation. If the universe expands fast enough, the curvature can be reduced. Exponential expansion in the very early universe. All points in the visible universe were in causal contact before inflation --> this resolves. Inflation makes the universe flatter --> solves horizon problem. Physics: chemistry and materials, electro-magnetism, light and radiation, nuclear and particle physics. General relativity: gravity, expansion of the universe, black holes, gravitational lensing. Between the standard model and general relativity, the behaviour of the universe from: infinite number of different universes, each with different physical laws the first fraction of a second until the present can be accurately described.
