Poor people are this way, and certain people are likely to be in a certain way. People are more likely to engage in welfare. Because of these discourses, we cut services, and there are people that actually need that service. Because you live in this context and this society. Migration in many places has impact on people"s lives. In fact in many different places, migration is a fact of life.
