The publication manual provides guidelines for effective writing and specific rules for the way that various parts of a manuscript should be handled. Introduction page 3, never label it introduction, label it the same name as the title of your paper. Attempt to answer questions what problems, previous research, limitations, etc. Has to address everything relevant but cannot be too long.
