Once we"ve set a goal we are in the domain of self-regulation, self-control to achieve that goal we need to keep track of our progress and monitor when we are verging away from our outcome. New year"s resolution: write it down and how you think you"re doing to achieve resolution (i. e. , get drunk less often, eat healthier, workout more)
