More nuclei formed n the anterior of the brain, causing the organism more nuclei and brain cells for more capability to the external world and reacting to it. Human brain has a larger forebrain, esp. the cerebral cortex. The size of the structure is directly proportional/related ot the function and importance to that particular species (i. e. some animals are extremely visual animals while other are olfactory-oriented)
