First person shooter game and spatial attention. Spatial attention: gamers vs non-gamers, male vs female. Internal validity: the degree to which an experiment measures what it"s supposed to. Random assignment: assignment to groups such that every member of the sample has an equal chance of being selected for each group, non-gamers video game training. Keeners: what we would say is compromised (external or internal validity), external because not representative of the actual thing.
