Great concept, but not necessarily accurate when evidence is re- Needs to satisfy hunger, thirst, and other survival needs. Need to feel that the world is organized and predictable; need to feel safe, secure, and stable. Need to love and be loved, to belong and be accepted; need to avoid loneliness and alienation. Need for self-esteem, achievement, competence, and independence; need for recognition, and respect from others. Need to live up to one"s fullest and unique potential. The process by which activities are started, directed, and continued so that physical or psychological needs or wants are met: psychologists have made strides in understanding. If an individual varies the behavior and persists until reaching a goal, it is a motivated behavior. motivate me to go to class.
