Gender dysphoria: discontent with biological sex, desire to live in felt gender role, desire for physical characteristics of opposite sex. Transsexual: a person whose phenotypic sex (physical sexual characteristics) are altered, through surgery and/or hormone treatments, to match their gender identity. Doing away with the gender dichotomy; gender fluidity. Gender variation does not match their biological sex- not a disorder just not the norm .
