Primary input area of the parietal lobe. Anything you feel you feel because of sensation in the brain. Brain tissue doesn"t care that the limb isn"t there. Other strip (motor strip: where the sensory strip is getting input, the primary motor strip gets the output, they are close to one another. Motor strip: has a lot of brain tissue focused on the hands, mouth, tongue, etc. Drugs were not used as much as normal. When people had mental illnesses, they became angry. This was believed to make people calm. Quite a few people would get them. What happened to them without access to prefrontal lobes. Frontal patients keep sorting in the once right way but no longer is. Loss of self awareness and flat affect, especially empathy. Deficiencies in forsight and planning they look in front of people: affect is emotion, they do the easy thing and don"t care about how.
