Is a form of inter state system, not a feature of a polity within that system (i. e. not an empire): 2. Unipolarity is still anarchical, distinguishes it from hegemony: 3. Un security council have access to military power and can control over the state"s sovereignty: nuclear powers (cid:0) China, france, india, north korea, pakistan, russia, uk, usa, and israel (but not recognized as well but is on the list).
