This system of government has developed over many generations. Everybody acts in the name of the crown, the ministers deliver orders in the name of the crown to those below them, these orders are rigid and specific from each person by their boss, in a hierarchal notion. E(cid:448)eryo(cid:374)e has a (cid:271)oss a(cid:374)d e(cid:448)eryo(cid:374)e follo(cid:449)s their (cid:271)oss" spe(cid:272)ifi(cid:272) orders. The elected representatives of the people make the ministers with power accountable and scrutinize them for any mistakes they make. A deputy minister who is an expert in the department is in a position to catch the heads of that department. Cabinets consists of a very diverse group from all groups and walks of people from across.
