Are there any problems with the paper currently: from personal experiences, i realized that i sometimes delayed using certain products or buying certain items so that the satisfaction i get from using or buying them is greater. They could further the study and observe which products each customer tends to delay getting for the sole purpose of increasing the value of the product.
