Organization culture some jobs have a feel to it: organizations create culture and what they stand for, shared values morality (what"s right and wrong, what are the values. Press releases things they draft and polish and release on a given date (communications: means by which organizations officially craft messages of their activities, events, etc. Professionalization ex: suit, uniform, established culture, conformity, and convention: organisations shape messages, shape you, shape what they tolerate.
