Organisational analysis: media channels not objective by mere choice by what the choose to put in/present by their product, perspective, news can leave out things. North american news channel tried to explain what was behind event, who is responsible and which people and why, simplify message so everyone understands. Middle east people wanted to know more. News shade by convention and understanding of people/audience: level of detail, visual subjective, different kind of organizational analysis. Different organizations shape things in different ways. Humanities: works really well as a result, deals with social theory. How is knowledge shaped by the media we consume. Perception: nowadays not everyone sees the same shows. How you engage in media is dependent on your interest.
