The constant curbing of desire according to possibility, law and social convention- the ego: the is a desire and we can"t express it, b/c it is socially not allowed. Conscience: acting in opposition to the id, morality, judgement, guilt, this comes from of social surrounding, things are called upon like being a good. Ice berg goes through a process: jacques lacan (1901-1981) The imaginary: pre-linguistic, perceived connection to everything.
