Neoliberal agenda of having minimal government inclusion made no sense, primary objecive to create prime urban environment. 4 main changes during this ime: technology new energy sources increased wealth goods (machines to mae new products, urbanizaion larger city populaions, role of capitalism structure of economic and social afairs, expansion of global markets/ compeiion. Britain/wales, use of steam engines to make products, napoleonic wars, depressions, social revoluions. Blast furnace invented- large producion of steel/ metals reducion of cost.
