Oligarchies are the rich pp who made a small group that then decided on the law there were also tyrants (a single ruler) As a hero becomes more power to rule, their side kicks also become more powerful. Theseus and peisistratus: peisistratus becomes more powerful and more respected. Theseus is a hero linked to peisistratus: harmodius and aristogeiton kill the tyrant when he starts to go bad, but truth was that they only killed the tyrant"s ruler, aristogeiton is linked to be a hero of democracy. The greek start to rebel against the persians. They says that the ghost of theseus was there to support the athenians: so for the next 10 years greece and persian remains silent.
