So the inherent definition of inflammation is a vascular definition. We can fight inflammation (anti-inflammatory) without affecting the body too negatively. We should be in an inflamed situation at specific times, such as when asleep. Trade off in terms of where the blood is flowing. Too much or too lil is too bad. Body is making decision to distribute blood supply adequately throughout the body organs (brain, heart, skin, big muscles) Histamine is derived from histadine which is aminated. Histamine is packaged in specialized cells called mast cells, which are inside granules. When they are released, bvs get the message to dilate and release all five white blood cells. Other cells have histamine and those are the five white blood cells types. All five are called leukocytes: neutrophils (most abundant 50%-60% can depart from blood stream and move to infected site and begin phagocytosis), basophils (contain a fair amount of histamine.
