The best writing is filled with the writer"s voice. In your writing, follow a show, don"t tell pattern, meaning that you don"t explain what happened, but instead you just let it be observed. Try to produce the experience with detail. Write in short and clear sentences try to keep it simple. Dialogue is a useful component and tool. Start your writing off with the setting and with mentioning the name of the characters. Emotional states are conveyed through physical actions. Treat your reader with respect and flatter them. Every word contributes to meaning in a good economy. When writing guided tours of the short stories observed in showing the story: Creative nonfiction by new writers , make sure to be creative and original. Avoid talking about the plot of the stories that you read, instead, you should extend it to things that are not in the plot.
