If the rhythm is broken then the reader will see that it doesn"t sound right. Therefore, the expectations he built the writer doesn"t meet them. It doesn"t flow with the other elements based on what the way they"re written in. Awkward sentence: when the expectations are not met. You can breake the structure with purpose and that won"t sound awkward. Because a lot of action, helps move the flow better while keeping consistency! A good parallelism structure: the parallelism keeps on increasing in the story as you keep on reading. Play around with the placement of the parallelism throughout the story. Can be just a repetition of images, songs or poetry.
