Many come to find out that they have a criminal record when they see they"ll employment record, some don"t even find out why they get rejected. Police criminal record check: name, dob, basic level of check, is there a presence of record, fingerprints. Organizations get a handful of information, which they may not even know what it means. Police vulnerable sector check: sexual and violent offenses for which the offender has received pardoned, however information has to be disclosed when needed. They cannot get placement that they need because of the record they have. Charge not even been convicted, decade old charge, withdrawn, however, not be able to finish program. 911 for mental health issue on a record (not able to continue military) Compelled consent: if we want a job, or if we want housing, we need to fill out a background check, we have no choice, we have to consent. Excluding, pre criminalizing people who have not been convicted.
