Two notes re power : talking about social power; power involves a relationship between 2 people, units, etc social entity with power and one without it, power has two aspects to it; structure and process. Structure: distribution of power; some have power over others and some have more or less, power ideas of influence and control over others in hierarchy structure of organization.
