Employer grows revenue, increase profit, minimize cost, and maximize employee cooperation to achieve this. Employee want interesting work, security good pay and benefit, feel valued and recognized, career opportunity and a balance with my home life. Employer is good and i"ll stay with him: problems with measuring job satisfaction. Wide range of answers, wide range of decisions, what are you comparing to that gauges your level of satisfaction, unwillingness to admit.
