Unlike with ses, these disparities related to race (and gender) have changed over time. Enrollment to higher education is going up. Apprenticeship went up + down = more ppl going to universities. However, there are still a lot of ppl did not complete high school. Increase of 9% of completers + 7% of non-completers. General increase in disadvantage of minority students. Left side - overtime there was a decline in proportion of people not completing high school. Overall steady increase in attaining the post secondary credential. Right side - more people completing high school to attain post secondary education. Lower portion of people have not completed high school - majority has (more than left/indigenous side)
