The system itself is okay, the laws that we have is okay, the diference that we have is that women have not gotten the same opportunity as men. The critique was that the assumtptions that the lway law works don"t allow for a feminist [erspective, law will still be diferent, the changes need to be more fundamental. Critiques: equality of opportunity show that men are a standard and women are a class (employment isurane program but maternatity leave) mat. Its not just saying to add women in, its saying to rethinking fundamtenally all of the laws that we have. The law was written by men for men, women were just added in later. Need to ensure the same don"t just add women in, think about them properly because they are diferent. Women and men think and answer diferent.
