The burgoise owns most of the wealth in the society. The goal of capitalism is to create capital for people with wealth. There is conflict between the interests of those who own wealth and those who work to create it. The gain at the expense of the living conditions, well being of the proletariat (working people)- this is through exploitation, the ruling class employs the working class- economic exploitation. Law and (government in general, all kinds of institutions are orientated towards helping the wealthy, keep their wealth) benefits those who won wealth by favoring the capitalist profit making, Law is the tool to make sure the employers and the workforce have what they need.
