Anxiety: what is it? unpleasant emtional state ranging from mild unease to intense fear. A certain amount of anxiety, however, is normal, serves to improve performance anxiety rouses u to action. Motivates you to move away from things(stimuli) you don"t like, those things are harmful for your, you are hardwired against them. It helps you in general anxiety helps you cope, helps yout to priorittize tasks. Anxiety becomes abnormal it disables you frequency, intensity duration flight or fight - sympathetic nervous system you cant treat the physiological response, and also the psychological response. Psychophysiological (physical) component which features symptons such as palpitations (racing heart) and sweating. Secondly, there is a psycholgocal component characterized by irritability, lack of concentrtion and feeling of fear. Finally there may be an interpersonal component featuruing an inclination to cling to toher people for reassurance- interpersonal component to anxiety, u can see the physcial emotional exprsssion , can be mearsured, but some ppl can mask anxiety.
