How we behave is one of the most important influencers of what our attitudes are: attitudes can effect behaviour but that relationship is weak, how we behave is a stronger indicator. What we do is a better indicator of what our attitudes will be. By viewing our behaviour we are learning who we are (by evaluating how we react to situations) Reason we become good at predicting our behaviour is when we see how we would act. B - behaviour (intentions: best definition, you could think to yourself that you"re not afraid of something, but an indicator of your true feelings is when you"re exposed to it. You can feel/think that you"re extremely brave, but when you"re confronted with situation you run away in fear.
