Law of nature is a command or general rule which forbids a man to do anything that is destructive to his life or takes away his means for preserving his life. First law of nature: seek peace and follow it, but if peace is not possible, preserve yourself by all means. Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor : must be demanded by the oppressed, mlk"s beliefs on laws, there are two kinds of laws just and unjust. Just laws must be obeyed, it is a moral responsibility: conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws.
