It"s the kind of vibe you get by visiing the oice, what you feel when you see the corporate culture. Sub-culture is one paricular secion or team has a diferent culture from the corporate culture of the organizaion. It"s hard to break this culture and start something else. Firms hire people that are culturally it for their corporate culture. Companies can train people technically but it is really hard to train them for learning the corporate culture. Can be changed by a change in leadership, may have a diferent vision and way of thinking and doing things.
