In court, bwm classifications can be contentious, indistinct and inconsistent. 94 year old women, driving down highway, normal speed. Sees broken car in lane, she stops to look, gets rear ended. Police broke her window to attend to her, faint pulse, and then her heart stopped. Began cpr and no injuries were found during a quick examination at the scene. Ct scan of her head and abdomen were normal but ct of chest showed fluid in her lungs. No evidence of cardiac arrhythmia which is common when fluid is in lungs. Dies in intensive u(cid:374)it, fa(cid:373)il(cid:455) did(cid:374)(cid:859)t require an autopsy.
