Jurisdiction: latin terms, the rights to administer justice within defined geographical area and subject matter. Refers to the question of who is responsible for making laws in a geographical area. Cyberspace: it is not a physical space; it exists and depends on physical space such as power grades, computers. Internet: an international network of interconnected computers which now enables tens of millions of people to communicate with one another and to access vast amounts of information from the world. It is accessible and virtually available throughout the world, whether wireless or wired connection. Rule of law: is a legal concept, states that no one is immune to the law. Individuals, persons and government shall obey and be regulated to the law. All individuals are equally obey and are regulated by laws.
