How large an organism should grow before reproduction. A sex difference in the age of first reproduction (may be either sex that matures first) Males spend time on growth and maturity before because sexually active because the biggest males get the most mates. Elephant seals when they throw around the baby . Huge male reproductive variance; males get exclusive access to females, younger males get no opportunities and get sexually frustrated and take it out on the little babies so sad.
