Whose needs are these: concept is an oxymoron: how can you dev something that must be sustained, still, it is strangely appealing to everyone. You won"t find many politicians or bureaucrats opposing sustainable dev. Have become some sort of an ethically acceptable way of operating the world eco: thus, it becomes necessary to look at some ways in which diff actors. & organizations have adopted sustainable dev as their mantra for appealing to their clients or users: sustainable dev in this way has no permanent essence, but is an outcome of these diff ways in which organizations experience them.
