Members of the society share the same values, based on common tasks and common life situations and experiences. Most of them share the same moral values and follow the rules of the group: ex. Organic solidarity characterizes societies with a highly developed/functionally diversified division of labor. Organic solidarity presupposes difference between individuals-less in common.
