How we wro and production is organized. What types of people/personalities are created through new forms of organization and production. Work under capitalism is alienating in 3 days. Alienated from the product of their own labor. Alienated from their fellow workers as a class. Gramsci- artisan work- the workers created the entire product, was more creative and satisfying. Fordism and taylorism seek to reorganize and control the entire life of the worker beyond the factory.
