Investment fraud: medical fraud, business fraud, embezzlement, occupational crime, employee theft, corporate crime, false advertising, state corporate crime, kickback. Moore (1980: stings and swindles (financial and religious, chiseling (occupational or professional), securities fraud (insider trading) Types of white collar crimes: individual exploitation of position, government bribes, kickbacks. Industry kickbacks, soliciting bribes: influence peddling and bribery, government, criminal justice system, business, embezzlement and employee fraud, blue-collar crime fraud, management fraud, client frauds.
