Settings: educational (gifted or special needs) , clinical (people with autism find out what is the problem) Disadvantage: individually administered so only used when there is a real need costly and time consuming. Number of different interest (physical, social) based on your answers it give you recommendations on what you would be interested in. Mostly used in counselling, help a person identify what he would be interested in or happy at doing. Predict satisfaction in specific academic or job setting. Some are developed for more normal personality types.
