Dsm-5 labels a man a premature ejaculator if he ejaculates within a 60 seconds of penetration, 75% of the time. Penis may be erect, but person may have low arousal, which interferes with being able to have an orgasm. Lack of arousal which may generate other symptoms (ex: lack of lubrication) Causes include lack of attraction to partner, stress, fear of pregnancy of stis.
