Certain drugs cause over release of 5ht (ex ecstasy) Chemical structure similar to opiates (heroin, morphine) Anterior and posteror bran aspectos (fron back) Viewing the macrostructures with the human eye or microstructures with a microscope. Advantage : provides high resolution images of human brain. Problems: static ; provides image of structures doesn"t indicate functions, resolution is limits and u cant see single cells, expensive, provides only a static view, doesn"t provide an image of the active brain.
