The two systems are implemented in over one hundred countries, mainly because of how well they operate as well as the fact that they are both democratic systems. Comparing the two systems using specific examples will help distinguish whatever similarities and differences there are between the two systems, which will help reveal which systems is the better of the two. The focus will be on looking at the differences between the legislative branches and the executive branches of the two systems, as well as focusing on the pros and cons of each system. The parliamentary system and the presidential system are both different and unique, but the parliamentary system is more superior due to the checks and balances that are in place. The legislature is the most important part of the canadian parliamentary system.
