When you think of justice you think of superheros. There are different kinds of justice, and it is difficult to define justice each person deserves their due. Distributive justice: should be fair and equal in society. Justice is a central theory in the deontological theory. Lots of misunderstandings regarding equality, as it depends on the facts out there. Equality depends on facts, and on the similarities and differences. Similarities include on how we are all humans, but there are many differences. When we talk about facts, we talk about sameness. 1st theory by aristotle (student of plato, 4th century bc greece) It is on equal value based on merit . you should treat equal people equally, and unequal people unequally. Things in a waterwheel is not of equal value, but in order for it to work, it is put together into a wheel, and then it is of equal value.
