Divine command theory: the question isn"t if there is a god, morals are built from religion There is no rule, to not ask question is to be obedient, it"s to interpret gods meaning, and to use reason (to ask question) is to be obedient. God must have a reason for saying something is good. When is says something is good, then it must be good because god says so: the word good has no meaning, if there is not reasoning towards it. Its something you use to play tennis with. That doesn"t really tell us, what it is unless you know what tennis is, then they won"t know what a tennis racket is . There is a reason, he"s not a crazy god, good has reasoning. The good is part of justice, and god is part of justice, things are good because god is justified.
