Crito is a wealthy man and a friend of socrates. Crito tries to convince socrates to escape prison. Popular opinion does not make something right in matter of justice or morality. One should listen to the expert or guardian of society. Plato thought that a travesty of justice occurred (in the death of socrates) No one ignorant of geometry would enter this place. The sate of athens was a state that was not correctly ordered, it was an unjust state the right people were not in the right place. Plato"s metaphysics puts forth the idea of 2 realities that can be explained as the divided-lines . The divided lines entails that there are 2 worlds. Forms (intelligible world) and world of sense experience (visible world) Perfect does not exist in the world of sense experience since nothing stays the same- everything is in a process of change. Imperfect or an impoverished world a world of shadows.
